Cities across the world witness mass demonstrations in which people stand up for Palestine and condemn "Israel" and its war crimes against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.

Cities around the world continue to witness demonstrations in support of the Palestinian people and the Gaza Strip, which has been facing genocide committed by the Israeli occupation amid ongoing airstrikes against residential, religious, and medical complexes for days now.

According to Al Mayadeen’s correspondent, the British capital, London, witnessed a mass demonstration with thousands chanting in support of Palestine and in rejection of the British government’s "unwavering support" for the Israeli government.

Thousands also took to the streets in the Italian capital, Rome, today, at the invitation of leftist parties and Palestine solidarity associations, to denounce the Israeli massacres against the Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank.

During the demonstrations, people raised the Palestinian flag, as well as slogans accusing "Israel", under the cover of Western countries, of committing war crimes. The protesters also denounced the position of the Italian government, which supports the Israeli occupation.

Similarly, protests in Perth and Bangkok included thousands who marched chanting in support of Palestine and denouncing Israeli war crimes committed against Palestinians in general and in Gaza in specific.

In Perth, Australia, about 2000 protesters urged world leaders to “end the genocide” as they also waved Palestinian flags and chanted: “Stop the war, cease fire now!”.

Moreover, protesters had placards stating: “Killing kids is not self-defense” and “Albo supports genocide.”

In Bangkok, Thailand, hundreds gathered to denounce the Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip especially condemning al-Ahli Baptist Hospital bombing.

support for Palestine extends to include sports events, as a Liverpool vs. Everton match showed support for Palestine as the people chanted and raised a banner calling to save Gaza.

The escalating Israeli aggression on Gaza and the Palestinian Resistance's operation have raised security concerns among Arab nations allied with the US, a Bloomberg report said on Thursday.

On Tuesday, the Israeli occupation army carried out a brutal massacre in al-Ahli Baptist Hospital in Gaza, which resulted in hundreds of martyred civilians, whether patients receiving treatment or citizens who were forced to take shelter in the hospital after the Israeli entity destroyed their homes.

People from across the world, including Arabs, Muslims, and Westerners, launched angry protests against the Israeli entity and the United States, which was directly complicit in the crime. Many of those, who once believed in a "peace settlement" between the Israeli entity and Palestine, have announced that they no longer see this as a rational position.

However, especially in Western countries, masses denouncing Israeli crimes are finding themselves under more government pressure to attack the Palestinian Resistance. Countries like France, Germany, and the UK have cracked down on any individuals even hinting at their support of Palestine or condemning Israeli crimes.

Paris even banned the Koufiyyeh; a cultural and historic symbol for the Palestinian people, and pro-Palestine protests. Regardless, tens of thousands took to the streets of the capital and defied the government's orders to voice their strong objection to Israeli crimes and support of Palestinians.

On a grander scale, a US-led international coercion campaign is targeting world governments that chose not to support the Israeli aggression on Gaza nor denounce the Resistance.
